Chief Executive Officer, Director
The Former CEO of Battalion Oil, Mr. Little possesses more than a quarter century of industry experience, and has led successful ventures, including a $1.24B asset sale at Ajax Resources, LLC. His career journey spans roles such as VP of EP Energy’s Southern Division and leadership positions at El Paso Exploration and Production. Richard holds a Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas A&M, is a licensed engineer, and is engaged with industry organizations like SPE, API, and IPAA.
Ariella Fuchs
General Counsel, Director
Currently the President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ruckus Energy, Ms. Fuchs has extensive experience in the oil and gas and securities industries. Prior to joining the Ruckus team, Ms. Fuchs was EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of Lilis Energy, Inc., where she oversaw over $200 million in debt, debt restructuring, equity and complex M&A transactions, board relations, and commercial contracts. Prior to that, Ms. Fuchs worked at Baker Botts LLP, White & Case LLP, and Dewey and LeBoeuf LLP specializing in securities transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Fuchs received a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.

Brad joins Fury from Ruckus Energy where he was VP of Investor Relations. Leading the M&A process for the company, he led due diligence projects of over $1 billion, as well as running point on capital raising efforts including both credit and equity raises. Prior to Ruckus Energy, Brad oversaw the M&A evaluation and due diligence process at Lilis Energy, Inc. Brad is a Registered Professional Landman and holds an MBA in International Finance from Fort Hays State University.
Avi Mirman

Currently the Chief Executive Officer of Ruckus Energy, Mr. Mirman has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry. He has extensive experience in financial and securities matters and obtaining financing for and providing financial advisory services to micro-cap and small-cap public companies, including oil and gas and other energy companies. Prior to Ruckus, Mr. Mirman served as CEO and Director of Lilis Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LLEX) from April 2014 to August 2017, after serving as the Company’s President beginning in September 2013. Under his leadership, Lilis (fka Recovery Energy) restructured from a near-bankrupt DJ Basin producer trading on the bulletin board to a Permian Delaware Basin producer traded on the NYSE and valued at over $550 million at his exit. During his tenure, Lilis successfully closed approximately $250 million in a combination of equity, debt, and debt restructuring. Mr. Mirman graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.S. in Political Science.
